The Central Government has launched Nipun Yojana for the workers residing in India, under which not only will the focus be on skill development of the workers and they will be given training to do technical and non-technical works but at the same time. The workers coming under this scheme will also get a total benefit of two lakh rupees . Along with this, on joining this, the workers will also get a certificate which will be fully recognized by the Government of India and will help in getting work anywhere in the country.
This scheme has been launched by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs. On getting training and certification through Nipun Yojana, not only in India but also in foreign countries, it will be easy for the workers to get employment . Under the training being given by the government, an attempt has been made to cover many disciplines, small and big, which are necessary for getting employment in today’s daily life.

Nipun Yojana 2022: Technical Knowledge
This scheme has been brought by the Government of India on 20 June 2022 . Its full name is National Initiative for Proficiency in Reading with Understanding and Numeracy Bharat Programme . This scheme will be operated under Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana , under which training will be given to about one lakh construction workers. Direct communication with the workers was also established by the Union Minister Hardeep Singh Puri on the launch day of this scheme and till now, according to the figures received by the official website of the ministry, a total of eighty thousand workers have been trained. Also closeFourteen thousand beneficiaries have been given training in plumbing and other business disciplines . All the courses covered under this scheme are to be conducted under the National Skill Qualification Framework .
At least twelve thousand skilled workers of India who are associated with this scheme will get employment abroad. Along with this, there is also a provision to provide skill insurance scheme under this scheme, in which there is a provision to give a total sum insured of two lakhs on being sick for three years. Apart from this, it is also proposed to give training to the workers engaged in construction work under digital skills. This scheme, run by the Government of India, will be jointly operated by the National Real Estate Developers Association and the Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India.
